Gypsy-Rose Blanchard has been doing a lot of work since being released from prison on December 28, 2023 for the murder of her mother, Dee Dee. It’s as though she never sleeps. She says she wants to step away from the limelight eventually to work at a 9-5 job, but it doesn’t seem like it’s happening anytime soon. She’s busy making documentaries, posting on her socials as an influencer, and as we learned very, very recently, making a difference in the world. The recent documentary, ‘Fallen Idols: Nick And Aaron Carter’ unfolded dark family secrets of the Carter family, specifically of Nick Carter and his abusive ways through interviews with his accusers, Melissa Schuman, Ashley Repp, and Shay Ruth. It also looks at the brothers’ family history and how they got to where they were at the time of Aaron’s death in November 2022. It’s a sad tale, to say the least. I do believe that Nick Carter did, in fact, abuse these three women, along with Paris Hilton, and possibly even more women who are staying quiet. But I also believe there’s a chance for him to redeem himself. Let’s discuss…

Paris Hilton is one of the most hard-working women out there, and it’s a bold thing to say considering most might say that she’s known for doing absolutely nothing. I’ve personally followed Hilton’s career for years. There was always something interesting about her that I couldn’t quite point out. Then, in 2020, ‘This Is Paris’ came out, where She opened up her childhood and the abuse she’d endured in private schools. The moment I watched it was the day I could finally understand her and empathize with her. And not only that, but I could finally analyze her friendships with Nicole Richie and Lindsay Lohan, look at them more in-depth and understand how they each represent her trauma. Let’s discuss…

We can’t stop saying Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend, Ron Goldman’s names. They were brurally murdered in June 1994, and with the 30th anniversary just passing, as well as OJ Simpson’s death in April, we’re reminded of all that endured over again. The fact of the matter is that Nicole Brown Simpson could’ve been alive today. With that being said, changes need to be made before any more lives are lost. Many people questioned why Variety would even THINK of inviting Kim Kardashian to be part of their ‘Actors On Actors’ series when she’s, quote on quote, not even an actress. But the fact of the matter is, she now is, thanks to Ryan Murphy, the man behind the creation of ‘Glee’, who cast her in a starring role on the latest season of ‘American Horror Story’ with Emma Roberts. While watching her interview with Chloe Sevigny, who was wonderful by the way, I was starstruck. I was starstruck by how down-to-earth Kardashian was. It’s something that’s so rare to see from people of her level of fame. Though we know that fame and fortune was what she really wanted when she started out in the business, all that she’s been through in the past changed that. When she talked about her success with Sevigny, she talked about her work ethic, as well as how she got to where she is now. Her words got me thinking, ‘What is the ONE thing in your life that limits you and your success?’ Let’s discuss…

Variety’s ’Actors On Actors’ is now on season 20. Most of the time, the program brings two actors who never met together for a conversation on their mutual love for acting, but there have been some exceptions, such as last season when they brought Anne Hathaway and Emily Blunt together to speak of their time on ‘The Devil Wears Prada.’ This season, Variety brought Joey King and Taylor Zakhar Perez together. The duo starred in ‘The Kissing Booth’ franchise together and are now best friends. Their beautiful 40 minute conversation brought me to ask questions. My previous post was all about J.Lo. Let me tell you, Jennifer Lopez is the mere definition of a businesswoman and a working woman. She’s not one to stay home and be a housewife. Even with her cancelling her tour will not mean that she’ll completely stop working. But I don’t want to continue talking about Jennifer Lopez and her marital problems. Instead, I want to discuss American Football kicker Harrison Butker, and the recent commencement speech that he made at Benedictine College, because writing my previous post made me think of him and that speech. In his speech he debunked President Joe Biden’s support for abortion rights and encouraged women, the female graduates, to ditch their plans to be working women in order to become full-time homemakers. His speech wasn’t only sexist, but homophobic as well. In part, his speech included his closing statement, ‘Never be afraid to profess the one holy, Catholic, and apostolic Church. … I believe this audience and this venue is the best place to speak openly and honestly about who we are and where we all want to go, which is Heaven.’ Was he even the right person to be asked to make a speech in the first place? Writing about Diddy in my previous post reminded me that he once dated Jennifer Lopez many moons ago, before she ever met Ben Affleck. Jennifer Lopez has been in the news A LOT lately; practically every day. Just this year, she had an album come out, a musical film to go with it, a documentary, a (cancelled) tour, and a movie. Now, her marriage to Ben Affleck is in trouble. We know this because at one point, they hadn’t been photographed in 47 days, and their marital house is on the market. But her marriage isn’t what I want to talk about. Instead, I want to discuss why her music career is failing, but her movie career is thriving. It has a lot to do with her marriage, so I guess we will still be discussing her marriage to Ben Affleck…

Diddy has been having a hard time as of late, and rightfully so. After his ex-girlfriend, Cassie, filed a lawsuit against him, his life hadn’t been the same. The lawsuit was settled within a day, and Diddy thought he ended that chapter of his life. But then came the video of him being abusive to Cassie; a video in which he was punching and kicking Cassie at a hotel in 2016. The video was proof enough that Cassir wasn’t making things up. But did we ever doubt her in the first place? As the video surfaced and everyone in the world watched it, or at least knew of it, Cassie received so much support from her friends, colleagues, and strangers. But it was the statement that her husband, Alex Fine, posted that was the problematic one, and it’s one that can be compared to the support Amber Heard received from her lawyers during and after the 2022 Depp V Heard trial…
