It was a big surprise for a lot of people when Michelle Williams was announced as the narrator for Britney Spears’ audio-book, ‘The Woman In Me.’ Williams is a great actress who’s worked her butt off for decades. Sadly she’s mostly known for difficult personal life, specifically her relationship with Heath Ledger and beyond. So it made me think of how us regular women are belittled and diminished and treated less than at work, and I tell you why, how, and what we, as women, as well as men, need to do for this to change.
